Overview
"Fame" is an updated version of the 1980s American musical drama movie of the same name. It takes a look at a group of students attending the High School of the Performing Arts in New York City who receive training in a variety of the arts including singing, acting and dancing. The story opens with students auditioning for a position in the school and walks the audience through their four years of high school, including the highs and lows of becoming performers and dealing with personal relationships. All the hard work pays off with a memorable graduation day and learning about the price of success.
