Overview
An intelligence agent known as the Eye is assigned to track down a socialite kid of one of his superiors. This task has him cross paths with a woman named Joanna Eris, the girlfriend of his superior's son. She is also a serial killer. The Eye becomes the unfortunate witness to the son's murder at her hand. The Eye begins to follow her, more and more convinced that he will be able to save her from herself. He chases her across the country and along the way begins to fall in love with her.
