Overview
A girl, Bird, visits her parent's grave and witnesses a hit-man killing funeral goers. She captures the shooter's face on camera. In her flight from the shooter, she comes to an out of the way farmhouse where she spends the next day being protected by the owner of the house, a former veteran named Carter. Carter protects Bird in the second story of his house while the shooter roams the first floor, discovering Carter's past troubles and using those against him in the attempt to get to Bird.
