Overview
A lovelorn locksmith has trouble connecting with the world around him in this loose, narration-heavy character study. Angelo Manglehorn is a dreamer who mopes through his life making keys in a small Texan town, far more interested in re-examining his own tragic love story than the people in his life. His disinterest in his family hurts and confuses his far more down to earth son. A woman who likes him in spite of his aloofness gives hope for a life lived in the present, but his fixation on the who has long since left him may derail this new relationship.
