Overview
A body with a sheriff's badge is found in a quaint town in Texas. They suspect the body is that of a sheriff named Charlie Wade, who suddenly disappeared. Charlie was an evil sheriff who was less than kind to minorities during the period he had this authority position. His deputy Buddy, who didn't put up with his antics, is considered to be a suspect in his murder. This murder mystery gets further complicated when the truth about sheriff Wade comes out.
