Overview
Mister and Pete may look very different, but their backgrounds are exactly the same. The two friends are forced to grow up in the harsh conditions created by the projects and the other challenges of living in the inner city. They are barely existing when the local authorities step in and take away both sets of parents. Now the only thing that Mister and Pete have in the world is each other. These two young boys must learn how to fend for themselves and grow up in a world that seems to be increasingly cruel and unkind. They find a lot of problems along the way, but they are determined to become strong individuals and make their way in the world.
