Overview
When a string of strange murders occur in Hong Kong, detectives Wang and Huang are put on the case. The partners are not getting along well these days, the younger Wang always seems to be getting the pair into trouble with their superiors, making things rough for Huang, the elder of the two. They soon discover that all the victims are tied to a rising actress in Hong Kong, but it dead ends there. They decide that someone needs to go in as the actress' lover to get the killer to come out of hiding.
