Overview
Carol Solomon is a voice coach who has lived for most of her life in the shadow of her father, Sam Soto, who is famous for his movie trailer voice-overs. One day, an unexpected break comes her way. When her father sends his protege Gustav to do a voice-over for an upcoming adventure film trailer, he doesn't show up and the producer asks Carol to fill in. She does such a great job that they decide to use her voice instead. Suddenly, she begins to get offers from all sorts of people, and she is rolling in the dough and the prestige. However, she hasn't told her father about her new-found success, and he is so narcissistic that he can't begin to guess at it.
