Overview
The inhabitants of the top floor of Tower Block 31 refuse to make way for the demolition of the building. They are thrown into a panic when a teenager is murdered by masked men and only one resident tries to help. Too afraid to talk to the police, the tower residents keep their mouths shut during the homicide investigation. One by one, different people living in the tower are shot through their windows. Terrified of the unknown gunman, the residents band together to identify their assailant and save themselves.
