Overview
Pete Cozy seems satisfied with his middle-class suburban life as a pricing specialist for a supermarket chain because it enables him to enjoy quality family time. But then his new boss encourages him to get onto the executive career track, but in exchange for more pay, Pete finds himself having to work harder and spend less time with his wife and son. He also has to admit to himself that he is becoming more and more attracted to his hard-charging female boss, creating problems not only at work but also tension at home.
