Overview
After a woman caring for her paraplegic daughter Nica dies of what is presumed to be a self-inflicted stab wound, Nica's sister and family arrive to look after her. Unbeknownst to them, the Chucky doll that arrived just before the death of Nica's mother is alive and possessed. It killed Nica's mother, and it also poisons the priest who arrives to have dinner with the family. Nica begins to research the doll online and learns that deaths have been associated with it and that it may be possessed by the spirit of a serial killer. One by one, Chuckie begins to kill the remainder of the family while holding Nica's young niece Alice captive.
