Overview
Tom Cowley suffers from a nervous disorder after his wife is killed by a group of children who are considered feral. He lives on the shady side of town in a broken down building with his baby daughter. The gang of children are now intent on taking his daughter from him as well. He can only save his daughter by facing his greatest fear. He has to go into the Citadel as he tries to understand the workings of the children who have been terrorizing his family. What will he find out about the youngsters, and will he be successful in stopping them from hurting his daughter?
