Overview
Olive is a European con-artist on the run. She has a 10-year-old American son named Bobby, who she cares for above all else. In an attempt to give Bobby a regular American life, they move to a conservative Oklahoma neighborhood. She desperately tries to be a model parent but soon resorts to her old tricks to provide for her son. Bobby soon begins to reflect his mother's characteristics and subsequently lands himself in trouble. Olive tries desperately to steer Bobby from the course she has lived and at the same time endure the suspicions of their community.
