Haley is a former gymnast with no intentions of ever returning to that world, but after police catch her breaking the law, the court gives sends her back to the gym. Surrounded by girls who eat, breathe and sleep gymnastics, she finds herself stuck in the same world she wanted to avoid. With her former coach Burt less than happy about her return and the other girls laughing at her behind her back, Haley must learn how to show that she still has what it takes to stick it. Though the other girls believe in following the rules and doing whatever the coach says, Haley teaches the other girls that being a little rebellious and having fire in their bellies can help them compete in the real world. |
