Overview
In Cousins, Larry Konzinski and Maria Hardy are brought together at a wedding of relatives (Maria's mother marries Larry's uncle), making them cousins by marriage. They soon discover, however, that this is not their only link. Larry's wife and Maria's husband are having an affair. They make this discovery when chatting at the wedding; their spouses have gone missing during the event, and this makes them suspicious. Maria and Larry's friendship grows throughout the movie, and they decide to pretend that they are also having an affair. Naturally, as they pretend to be lovers, they find themselves falling more deeply in love for real.
