Overview
Retired special-ops commando John Matrix wants to put his past behind him and spend quiet time with his teenage daughter Jenny. His plans change abruptly when she is kidnapped by a band of mercenaries who want Matrix to assassinate a South American politician in the hope that this will start a war and bring their leader to power. Matrix initially agrees in order to buy time, and he then embarks on a bloody and destructive manhunt to locate and rescue his daughter and settle the score with the man who kidnapped her.
