Overview
The 1988 comedy Coming to America stars Eddie Murphy as a young African prince who travels to America in search of his princess. He is accompanied by his best friend (portrayed by Arsenio Hall) to New York City where they pose as foreign exchange students, taking menial jobs at a fast food restaurant. Through a series of misadventures, the prince meets and falls in love with the daughter of the restaurant owner, prompting his alarmed royal parents to come to America to investigate.
