Overview
Three Norwegian university students, Thomas, Joanna, and Kalle, decide to make a film about what appears to be a rash of bear poaching in the forests of Norway. On arriving in the wilderness, they meet a man named Hans who they believe to be the poacher. However, when they actually follow him, they learn that the truth is much stranger. Hans is actually employed to hunt trolls by a secret government agency. Not only must he kill the trolls but he must keep their existence secret, and he is attempting to get a blood sample to determine why the trolls have recently become more active. The students continue to follow Hans in his work and film him despite the growing danger to their lives.
