Overview
The iconic Chinese Kung Fu hero Chen Zhen returns to further his legacy. In a 1920's war torn China, Japanese forces scheme with officials and mobsters to gain further control of Shanghai. Chen Zhen returns from overseas to put an end to these wicked plans. He takes to the streets at night as a masked vigilante, but in exposing himself he brings forth some sordid secrets of his own. He must battle his past and China's future if he wants to survive his latest epic tale.
