Overview
Four teenage turtles: Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael, who become human-sized after being splashed with a mutagen. They are raised by a human-sized rat named Splinter, who teaches them martial arts, while they remain in hiding in the sewer system of New York City. The movie covers their encounters with several key humans - a reporter named April, a vigilante named Casey, and Shredder, a crime boss and leader of the criminal Foot Clan of human ninjas.
