Overview
Highly successful undercover agent Frank Castle has decided to retire and start over a new life with his wife and son. When the son of ruthless criminal Howard Saint is killed during Castle's last mission, Saint decides he also wants to see Castle retired...permanently. While on a family reunion holiday in Puerto Rico, Saint's attack squad mows down every member of Castle's family and leaves him for dead. A local witch doctor saves Castle's life, but months later he learns that Saint was never brought to justice. Donning a black t-shirt his son gave him that depicts a skull symbol designed to ward off evil, Castle decides to do more than bring justice to Saint and his organization. He decides to punish them.
