Overview
This classic Disney feature focuses on the life of a male deer named Bambi, showing him from his birth in the forest all the way through his maturation into an adult deer with antlers who is recognized as a leader. Among the significant turning points along the way are the friendships he develops with Thumper the Rabbit and the skunk called Flower, his romance with the lovely female Faline, the unexpected death of his mother caused by a hunting party, and his heroic escape from a forest fire in which he manages to also save his friends.
