Overview
When his fiancee is killed by terrorist in an attack on an embassy, Charles vows to avenge her death. With his CIA clearance, he finds enough information to force his superiors to train him as an assassin and send him into the Eastern Bloc in order to settle the score. Uncover, he enlists help to get close the terrorist leader. Yet, he is surprised to learn that there is a vast web of conspiracy at work, for which he is unprepared.
