Overview
An undercover narcotics officer, Raynor, chooses a new partner Kristin, for his next big assignment. They are after a man named Gaines, a dealer that has proved elusive to police in the past and runs a large operation. In the process of tracking Gaines, both officers fall into drug abuse and also fall in love with each other. Even though they went into the drug world head first to their own detriment, they are unable to get enough evidence to convict Gaines and must try to convict him on trumped up evidence.
