Overview
For Frank Martin, a pleasant day spent fishing with Inspector Tarconi isn't meant to be. Tarconi receives a call from French police that an Audi A8 has just sped past French customs. Frank is off the hook. He's fishing. Later that evening a haphazard auto wreck delivers another transporter's package to Frank's doorstep. It's a delivery that Frank has previously declined. The intrigue thickens as Frank realizes that his package is wearing a metal bracelet set to explode under the right conditions. He takes on the mission of delivering Valentina, a Ukranian government official’s daughter. The dangerous route is from Marseilles to Odessa along the Black Sea. What complicates the mission even more is Frank's newfound emotional attachment to his package.
