Jimmy Bones made sure that his neighborhood was protected and clean. In 1979, Bones was the kind of person who would do anything to prevent his neighborhood from becoming a slum. But Bones is betrayed by a greedy cop that he thought was his friend and Bones is murdered. Over two decades go by and the neighborhood that Bones loved so much has become the slum he never wanted it to be. Drugs and crime run rampant and families are not safe to leave their homes. After over two decades, Jimmy Bones comes back to haunt those that betrayed him and to haunt those that are ruining his neighborhood.
