Overview
This science fiction film depicts a futuristic Los Angeles run by gangs, criminals, and prostitutes. Many of these characters wear special recording devices that attach to the cerebral cortex of the brain and allow others to experience their memories. When a former detective begins to receive films from the devices that depict graphic rapes and murders, he goes on a mission to find the perpetrators while also trying to maintain his own illegal black marketing business.
