Overview
A young boy is placed in a mental institution after his father, a doctor, is convicted of murdering dozens of patients. As an adult, the traumatized boy escapes from the hospital, returning to the town where his father was apprehended in order to seek revenge on those who uncovered his crimes. Posing as a surgeon, he uses his instruments to commit heinous murders while an intrepid teen girl named Jennifer suspects his true identity and strives to put an end to the carnage.
