Overview
The afterlife is proving boring for Charlie B. Barkin, and when Gabriel's Horn is stolen from Heaven, it's time for a new adventure. Just as he welcomes his friend Itchy Itchiford through the Pearly Gates, the mutts are recruited to search for thief Carface Caruthers on Earth. Miracles and action abound as the canine pair meets the beautiful Sasha, an Irish Setter, and David, a young runaway. Special dog collars issued by a villain named Red give Charlie and Itchy human visibility, making it easier to track the Horn. In their pursuit, David is kidnapped, and a mad dash to Alcatraz ensues. Charlie is in a race for time to free David and retrieve the Horn while proving himself worthy of his dog-angel wings.
