Overview
Prince Derek and Princess Odette come from neighboring kingdoms, and their parents are very eager for them to marry and unite their lands. From the time they are young children, they get together at least once a year, sometimes enjoying their interactions and sometimes not. After a very turbulent relationship in their adolescence, they begin to fall in love with each other in adulthood, but Derek is unable to explain why he cares about Odette beyond her beauty. The offended Odette refuses his proposal and shortly thereafter is transformed into a swan by an evil sorcerer. It's up to Derek to break the spell that has fallen upon her and to prove once and for all that he loves her for more than her beauty.
