A wealthy childless couple, Bill and Trudy Lintz, have a group of chimpanzees that they raise as their children when they discover a young gorilla that needs a home. Adopting the animal, they raise it and it starts to become a problem, but the gorilla seems to truly love Trudy and follows her instructions. Things go bad however, when the couple is invited to show their brood at the World's Fair. When the gorilla escapes his enclosure because of one of the chimps, he goes on a rampage through the city of Chicago. He becomes more and more erratic and irritated and eventually turns on Trudy. |
