Overview
This wacky comedy involves two scam artists from South Central Los Angeles who sell TVs and boom boxes out of their van. When a delivery driver is bilked into dropping off a shipment of cell phones, buddies Black and Blue are ready to cash in. With help from an attractive accomplice from the cell phone company, the two buddies begin to hook up the whole neighborhood with cell phone service. Things soon go awry when they get pursued by the fraud division of the phone company, the FBI and a local hood who thinks he’s been duped. The comic scenes and funny one liners are played against a Hip Hop soundtrack from rapper Master P.
