Overview
The chihuahuas Papi and Chloe are living the high life. They have relocated to a posh hotel, along with their humans Sam and Rachel, and they are enjoying living in the lap of luxury. It seems for a while that their existence could not get any better, but there is a problem with their youngest daughter, Rosa. She is tiny even among chihuahuas, and she always feels like she is being overlooked. It is up to her doting dad to demonstrate to her that she truly is special and that she has more power than she ever realized.
