When Kelley Morse moves to a new town, he tries to fit in, but finds himself in hot water when Jasper challenges him to an impromptu drag race. The resulting fire burns down a local restaurant, and the boys are forced to help the construction crew rebuild the eatery as part of their sentence. Kelley falls for Samantha, the daughter of the restaurant owners. However, she is already dating Jasper. When the couple begins spending more time together, they discover that everyone is opposed to their relationship, including Kelley's overbearing father. |
