Overview
Sergeant Major Zak Carey is serving at an Army base in Georgia. This is likely his last duty station before retirement, and he is not pleased with the low standards by which the base is run. When he goes to a local bar for a beer and to blow off some steam, he stops a sheriff's deputy from beating up a young prostitute and finds himself inadvertently drawn into the line of fire with the corrupt county sherrif. The sheriff trumps up drug charges against Carey's son in retaliation, driving Carey to take matters into his own hands. He uses his prize vintage Sherman tank to break his son out of prison and attempt to escape across the state line so they can expose the corruption within the sheriff's department.
