Zach is a successful young doctor in Los Angeles who has built a wonderful life for himself, but he harbors a secret so deep that even he is not entirely aware of it. Zach believes that he is happily married to the beautiful Claire, an accomplished television producer, but one day, he meets a man named Bart who turns his world upside-down. Bart is a novelist with a load of charisma, and he stirs up latent homosexual feelings in Zach. The doctor finds himself more and more inclined to skip out on dates with his wife in favor of spending time with Bart, but the new relationship causes him nothing but frustration, in addition to the guilt he already feels.
