Overview
A young mother Brenda Martin, causes social unrest when she points the finger at a minority being the culprit in a carjacking and the abduction of her child. As other parents come forward about their children missing under the same circumstances things start to come to a full boil. An African-American police officer, Lorenzo Council, takes the lead in the investigation and must deal with all the panic and misinformation. After interviewing many of the parents, he discovers that Martin may have left a key point out of her story.
