Overview
Hoops Mcann is a budding teenage artist hoping to get accepted into art school with his cartoons. With pen and paper in hand, he heads to Nantucket with his friend, George, to spend their summer vacation with his sister and a rather wacky band of friends. Things quickly go from normal to bonkers after rescuing Cassandra, a budding musician, from a motorcycle gang that is chasing her. And it's not just the motorcycle gang; Cassandra's grandfather's home is also being threatened by the money-hungry Beckersted family that wants to buy and destroy it. With the inspiration of a real-life romance, Hoops works on his cartoons while simultaneously working with his friends to thwart the developer's plans.
