Overview
Frank Cotton dies horrifically after a puzzle box key to an otherworldly realm calls forth sadomasochistic beings named the Cenobites to torture him with pleasure and pain. Some time later, Larry Cotton moves into his childhood home with his wife Julia, Frank's past lover, for a fresh start to their strained marriage. Larry blood accidentally falls where Frank died and brings him back to life. When Julia stumbles upon Frank, he explains he needs more to regenerate and she starts bringing him people to kill and absorb. Frank soon kills Larry and then tries to rape his niece Kristy, Larry's daughter from a previous marriage. Can a deal with the Cenobites to help them retrieve their prey save Kristy or lead her to eternal suffering?
