Overview
A group of boys from an all-boys' school crashes on an uncharted island. Their pilot is dead, so it is up to them to figure out how to survive. Ralph emerges as an early leader, while Jack begins to challenge his authority, showing a dark streak that another particularly malicious boy feeds into. As paranoia builds, the boys imagine that there is a god on the island, and Jack begins to create dark rituals surrounding this deity. A gentle boy named Simon and the bespectacle Piggy, a chubby boy who suffers from asthma, stand by Ralph in his quest to retain reason and order in their little society, but they are quickly losing control. Can they survive long enough to get rescued and return home?
