Overview
Dap is a politically active young man who decides that he wants to attend Mission College and try to bring awareness of world events to the student body. He is constantly at odds with the school's administration, but the administrators often don't know what Dap is talking about and have little understanding of his politics. He leads anti-apartheid rallies and tries to raise awareness of the plight of South Africans. Dap and his group come head to head with the on-campus jock fraternity made up mostly of the college's football players. As a big game approaches for the jocks, they decide to lash out at Dap and his group because they also do not understand Dap's intentions or his politics.
