Overview
Ada and her young daughter Flora are forced to relocate from Scotland to New Zealand after she finds herself contracted to an arranged marriage. She brings her piano and few other belongings with her, but finds that her new husband Stewart is highly uninterested in the piano. After he sells the instrument off, he decides he will allow Ada to teach him to play in an effort to earn the piano back. Although Ada feels coldly towards her husband, she soon learns that there may be something much more attractive about him than she originally thought.
