Overview
Bumbling Lieutenant Frank Drebin gets himself in another fine mess! Returning from his vacation in the sunny Middle East, Drebin learns that his partner has been wounded in a gun battle. He investigates, following a series of clues to business mogul, Vincent Ludwig, who is into mind control. Ludwig plans to brainwash a major league ballplayer into assassinating the Queen of England, who is coming to Los Angeles and will see a baseball game. Drebin misunderstands the clues and tries to rescue the Queen at a press conference, but unfortunately winds up in a compromising position (on top of her), which is photographed. He gets fired. He wanders into the baseball game, discovers the real plot, rescues everyone, and manages to re-injure his newly-recovered partner.
