Overview
Walter Fielding and Anna Crowley Fielding just want a cute home to call their own. They search and search, but everything is out of their price range. Finally, they stumble on a beautiful mansion that a lovely old lady is selling for a steal. Thinking it is too good to pass up, they purchase the house. As soon as they enter the house, it starts falling apart. To preserve their home, they must renovate the whole thing, but the renovation process goes haywire. An inept construction manager, some bumbling workers and a whole bevy of accidents make the situation go from bad to worse. The stress threatens the marital bliss of Walter and Anna, who nearly decide to sell the house and split the profits before they reconcile and enjoy their new abode.
