Overview
Barney Ross is the ultimate tough guy. He leads a band of mercenaries who are the best warriors on the planet. Knows as The Expendables, Ross’ band of mercenaries has just been hired to assassinate a dictator on a South American island nation. When they get on the ground in South America, Ross realizes that everything is not as it seems. The man who hired The Expendables was actually a CIA agent who is using them to do his dirty work. While Ross is there, he falls for a local rebel, Sandra. They are ambushed by a bunch of the dictator’s troops, and Ross must flee the island. Sandra refuses to come with him and his captured. Now, Ross must lead The Expendables on a rescue mission against incredible odds.
