Overview
A child asks: “Did the stories by the Brothers Grimm really happen?” Wilhelm and Jakob Grimm are well-known across Germany for their expertise at killing monsters ...for the right price. The two men are con artists who stage fake supernatural events to trick unsuspecting villagers into hiring them. When the French military occupying Germany discovers the brothers' secret, they are forced to investigate an event taking place in a small village where something in the nearby forest is stealing young girls from their families. Soon, Wilhelm and Jakob learn the horrifying truth about fairy tales when they discover that sorcery is all too real in forest. Can they save themselves, the girls and the world before a supernatural evil escapes from its prison?
