Pinocchio is a little wooden boy who was created by a lonely puppeteer named Geppetto. After Geppetto wished that Pinocchio was a real boy, he came to life, but he has to earn his right to be flesh and blood. In order to do that, he must learn how to be responsible and not to lie. Before the message sinks in, he will undergo many adventures. Pinocchio's travels take him in a number of different directions as he takes up with an abusive man in charge of a traveling show and visits a mysterious island amusement park where boys are turned into donkeys. After many traumatic experiences, he learns that Geppetto is in danger, and he must decide how far he'll go to save him. |
