Overview
Ray Peterson and Art Weingartner have new neighbors on their quiet, cul-de-sac block, but they are not like other people. These neighbors take their trash out in the middle of a rainy night using their car to traverse the driveway. Then the neighbor beats the trash with a stick. Frightened that they have murderous neighbors, Ray and Art enlist the help of the rest of the cul-de-sac's unusual residents. Everyone meets to talk about the neighbors in broad daylight as they hide in their homes at night using spy technology to figure out the alleged murder. With imaginations running at full tilt, the entire neighborhood gets to know the new neighbors through an impromptu afternoon get-together. Reality may be stranger than any imaginative scenario in their minds.
