Overview
Flying saucers have been spotted over capital cities around the world as the earth's inhabitants nervously wait to see what will happen next. Meanwhile, the President of the United States is assured by his science adviser that the alien visitors have a peaceful temperament. The head of the military disagrees and advises the president to destroy the aliens before they are able to act on their unfriendly motives. When they aliens land, they appear friendly at first, but they then go on to disintegrate the members of Congress.
