Special agent Dick Steele is as incompetent as they come, but he keeps accidentally solving perplexing cases, so he keeps being asked to handle more of them. This time, he is tasked with the all-important mission of retrieving a computer chip that is sought after by the evil General Rancor. If the general gets his hands on it, then everyone in the world is likely to pay the price. That chip is the only missing ingredient that will allow General Rancor to unleash nuclear devastation upon the globe. Dick teams up with shapely Veronique, the daughter of the professor who invented this particular computer chip, in order to thwart the dangerous madman, but she is actually a KGB agent, which introduces a number of complications. |
